Bio Clean Solutions is a family operated business, with all personnel and staff trained under the direct guidance of the business owners to ensure all work is compliant and completed to the highest professional standard.

As a business, we are actively engaged in ongoing training in all aspects of mitigation, restoration and disaster recovery to ensure all aspects of our services and management are current and in line with industry regulation and practice.

Although we provide services independently, we have access to a wide range of information, resources and experience to ensure that we are able to address almost any situation.

We feel we offer a professional, yet friendly and personal service that ensures that the needs of our clients are met in the most efficient and effective way possible.

3. Do you guarantee your work?

Yes! At Bio Clean Solutions we continually strive to exceed our customers’ expectations in quality, professionalism, service and value. We are pleased to offer our clients a 100% satisfaction guaranteed service. Should we fall short for any reason, or fail in our efforts to correct any problems to your satisfaction, we offer a ‘not satisfied, no pay guarantee’.

4. How much do your services cost?

The cost of each of our services varies according to what is involved and the particular recovery or remediation steps required to return contents and / or structure to pre-loss condition. Factors which influence this are the nature of the loss, the extent of damage, and the labour, equipment and materials necessary to recover and / or restore the loss.

Where possible, we will provide you with an estimate of these costs over the phone and upon initial inquiry. However, the only way to accurately determine if there will be a variation to estimated costs is upon site attendance and following a visual inspection of the job. Therefore, any estimates provided sight unseen are subject to variance upon initial job attendance. Any alteration to estimated costs will be explained and advised to the client prior to commencing works.

In some instances, due to the nature of the service being requested, providing a quote unseen is not possible. In these instances, a site visit is required which allows us to properly assess the job and establish the scope of works required. If a charge applies in relation to obtaining a quote, we will advise you beforehand.

Wherever possible, we will offer the most practical and economical service solution. Where there are several options available, we will advise you of the same and the possible outcomes you can expect, so that you are able to determine the best option to meet your needs and your budget.

5. Who do you service?

We specialise in servicing commercial premises, however our services are extended to residential premises depending on the nature of loss and the nature of service required.

We provide services in relation to commercial, insurance and private claims and / or losses.

We provide services to commercial and business clients, insurers, loss adjusters, brokers, real-estate agents and individuals (where applicable).

6. What services do you provide?

We provide a range of services which specialise in: water damage, fire damage, drug lab clean up, mould inspection and removal, antimicrobial treatment, and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning and stain removal.

We also offer other services including: gamma-irradiationtrauma scene clean up and ultrasonic cleaning (blinds, curtains etc.).

Although these are the primary services we specialise in, we are able to respond to a wide variety of situations involving cleaning restoration and / or recovery services.

Please contact us regarding any service queries you may have. If we are unable to assist you directly, we are likely to be able to refer you to someone who can, or to point you in the right direction.

7. What areas do you service?

We primarily provide services in Brisbane and the Gold Coast area, however we are able to provide services outside of these areas depending on the type of service required.

Due to the nature of some of our specialist services (such as Methamphetamine (Drug) Lab decontamination) area, we often work outside of our immediate area.

Please contact us regarding any service queries you may have, regardless of whether you are in the Brisbane or the Gold Coast area. If we can’t assist you directly, we are likely to be able to refer you to someone who can.

8. What if you can’t help me with the service I’m looking for?

If there’s a service we don’t or can’t provide, we will tell you. If we feel there is a service provider that is more equipped to meet your needs, we will tell you. If we feel there is an alternate or more economical option for you, we will tell you.

If we don’t have the information ourselves, we will find out! If we are unable to secure the information required to provide a service, or do not have the direct expertise ourselves, we will provide you with a recommendation or a referral to have your needs met wherever possible.

In most cases, we have enough experience in the industry that even if we don’t or can’t provide the service directly, we will at the very least be able to provide you with an outline of the service, and what you should be looking for in engaging someone to provide that service.

We feel it is important to provide the client with as much information as possible, so that you are able to make a decision as to what is best for you based on all available information, including consideration of all practical and financial factors.

9. Are your prices expensive?

If you are looking for a service based purely on price, you may not find we are able to assist you. We do not guarantee that we are the cheapest service, but we do guarantee we provide a quality service at a fair price.

We feel it is important to provide our clients with a quality, professional service backed by clear, up front information and education. We explain why we are doing what we do, and why it is important that certain methods and treatments are implemented. Where appropriate, we explain the possible consequences of not following certain protocol and guidelines when providing a particular service. Our prices reflect the service we provide.

Our aim is always to recover and restore to pre-loss and to find the most appropriate solution to the problem via the most effective and economical method.

We aim to provide services that provide long term solutions so that our clients are satisfied the 1st time, and do not waste time and resources on costly call-backs or ineffective treatments that either do not last, or result in further damage. (For example, incomplete drying after a water damage loss can result in secondary damage to contents and structure including mould and odour. This can not only be costly to remedy, but can also present health risks to the occupants).

Wherever possible, we will quote up-front prior to commencement of a job. Where this is not practical or possible for whatever reason, we are happy to discuss an estimate of fees and costs, and to provide an update of costs as the job progresses.
