We feel that education about our services is often as important as the actual service itself.

By having an understanding of the service,

• why it is important,
• when a particular service should and can be used,
• what results can be expected, and
• what benefits or solutions the particular service has to offer,

the client has the opportunity to gain a clear picture of what to expect when they engage our services.

The client also has the opportunity to understand the steps involved in any particular process, what guidelines are followed and the importance of following certain protocol and using particular equipment and materials.

Educating Field Staff

We feel training is one of the most important steps in educating field staff to our services, in order that they have the information and understanding necessary to assist the clients they manage and / or service.

We have been instrumental in running training sessions in Brisbane and the Gold Coast for various industries such as councils, real estate agents and insurance. These sessions form a basis, not only for education, but for discussion points on ways to address and implement current guidelines and proceedures, as well as addressing industry specific issues. These sessions also offer an opportunity for us to introduce the specialised equipment and techniques we are able to offer and which specific problems they can address.

We currently provide these sessions free of charge. We would be only too happy to give your staff or organisation an educational presentation on our services, or to visit your office and explain our services, and to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Our education & training service is aimed at:
	Creating awareness of our services.
	Introducing the technologies and equipment we use.
	Identifying and offering remediation solutions to different problems.
	Providing an advisory service in relation to problems (i.e. mould, odour, meth (drug lab)).
	Providing training, information and resources to councils, home owners, loss adjustors, rental agencies, government agencies etc.
