We have been directly involved in the restoration industry since October 2010. Our experience prior to this spans over 30 years in various business enterprises, including wholesale, retail, import, export, manufacture and a business which specialised in commercial carpet cleaning and water damage restoration.
Since our involvement in the restoration industry, as well as providing services for a variety of independent clients (including commercial), we have also been engaged by insurers and loss adjustors to attend to a variety of claim losses.

We are a family operated business, with all personnel and staff trained under the direct guidance of the business owners to ensure all work is compliant and completed to the highest professional standard. We are engaged in training in all aspects of mitigation, restoration and disaster recovery to ensure all aspects of our services and management are current and in line with industry regulation and practice.

Director of Operations: Dennis Perin, one of the business’ directors, is our most experienced and accredited personnel, with over 30 years of business experience.
With hands-on experience in the industry, Dennis is competent in all aspects of mitigation and restoration across a variety of events including fire, flood, mould and odour, and meth labs. Throughout the ongoing process of training, he has developed a range of resources and access to expertise that is able to be called upon if necessary in order to best serve and meet the needs of our clients.
Dennis has been trained by Jena Dyco International, and accredited by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) with the following certification:

Office Manager: Angela Perin is administration and office manager, and competent in all aspects of the day-to-day business operations, including all finance matters and liaisons with clients in relation to all accounting matters.
